Common questions
What counts as an active property?
A property with an active sale or lease attached to it. Sales count as active until they're marked as sold or withdrawn. Lettings count as active while they're being managed or in the pipeline. Properties without a sale or lease don't count. Completed and historical records are kept but don't incur charges.
What happens if I go over 5 properties?
You'll move to the Growth tier and start paying based on your property count. There's a 14-day grace period so you're not charged immediately. Your bill adjusts automatically each month based on how many active properties you have.
Why do sales properties cost more than lettings?
Sales transactions are higher value — the commission on a single sale typically exceeds months of lettings management fees. The sales pipeline also includes more complex features like DocuSign signing flows, offer management, and completion tracking.
Are there any setup fees?
No. Create your account, add your properties, and start managing. There are no onboarding fees, implementation charges, or training costs.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly billing, cancel anytime. Your data is always yours — you can export everything if you decide to leave.
Do I need to pay per user?
