What counts as an active property?
A sale, lease, or job that's still in the pipeline — i.e. not sold/withdrawn for sales, not ended for lettings, not paid/cancelled for jobs. Completed records stay in your account but stop counting toward the bill.
What happens when I cross 5 active properties?
You move to the Growth tier and your bill starts from the next billing cycle. There's no gotcha overage charge — you're still billed only for what you actually use, just at the per-property rate.
Why do sales properties cost more than lettings?
A single sale generates significantly more commission than months of lettings management. The sales pipeline also includes higher-cost features like e-signature flows and offer management.
Are there setup fees?
