Every screen in PropPipe got a design pass: a unified icon set, consistent buttons and badges, instant toasts, and loading skeletons instead of blank screens. Power users get a Cmd+K command palette (search anything, create anything), Cmd+J for Pippa, and single-key shortcuts — press ? in the app to see the cheatsheet.
Your public listing pages now serve right-sized image variants instead of full-resolution originals, so photo-heavy pages load noticeably faster. Property descriptions also get a proper rich-text editor — headings, bold, lists — and render cleanly on the website.
Save yourdomain.ie and PropPipe now serves www.yourdomain.ie as well (and vice versa), each with its own auto-provisioned certificate. Settings also shows apex-aware DNS instructions, so the record you're asked to create is the one your registrar will actually accept.
Each page now has a per-account mode toggle. Keep your existing daft.ie search widget embedded under your own intro copy, or let PropPipe render your live lettings and commercial inventory natively. Flip it any time in Settings → Website → Pages.
E-signatures now run through SignWell by default — upload your own PDFs, drop the signature fields in an embedded editor without leaving PropPipe, and collect signatures at every stage that needs one (service agreement at valuation, contract at sale agreed, tenancy agreement at signing). Existing DocuSign connections keep working, and agencies on DocuSign can now bring their own integration key instead of waiting on approval queues.
Every sale can now carry a full marketing valuation report — desktop Low/Med/High bands drafted by AI from roughly 550,000 real sold prices in the Property Price Register, comparables you can hand-pick on a map, your in-person AMV, and a branded 5-page PDF for the vendor. Everyone's daily five is different — a property manager lives in Maintenance, a sales agent in Offers. Star up to five items on the More page and they appear in your own Pinned section of the sidebar. New accounts get sensible defaults based on job title.
Messages now works like a proper inbox — conversation list and active conversation side by side, with your channels and DMs one click apart and an unread badge in the sidebar. On mobile it stays master-detail.
Sale and lease pages were rebuilt around one question — what's next? A stage stepper across the top, a single "Next up" card with the remaining requirements and the advance button, a worksheet for the current stage, and a sticky rail with key contacts, tasks, Pippa insights, and activity. No more hunting through tabs to move a deal forward.
A viewing is now a slot with any number of attendees — confirm, mark attended, or no-show each person individually. The new Viewings inbox splits today / this week / pending / leads / needs-followup, attendees get automatic email + WhatsApp reminders 24 hours and 2 hours out, feedback is chased for you the morning after, and the calendar supports drag-to-reschedule with a warning when you double-book yourself.
Landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers now sign in at yourdomain.ie/my with a magic link — no passwords — and get one dashboard combining everything that involves them: maintenance requests, inspections, documents, viewings. The old separate portal URL is gone; your brand is the front door.
Rebuilt the public-facing site from the ground up. Dark hero, real product animations (kanban moving, signers signing, photos cycling), and a working pricing calculator that reflects the canonical billing tiers. /demo still ships the full hands-on walkthrough.
Connect your Daft API key once, optionally toggle nightly auto-resync, and PropPipe keeps your inventory aligned with Daft. Includes idempotent image dedup so you don't end up with the same photo a hundred times.
Save your custom domain in Settings → Website. We verify DNS, ping Hatchbox to provision a per-domain Let's Encrypt cert, and your branded site goes live without a single shell command.
Every PropPipe account now gets a hosted website at <slug>.proppipe.com. Real listings auto-imported from Daft, branded photos, BER badges, viewing-booking forms, free-valuation requests, team profiles, multi-branch path prefixes.
Mention Pippa in any channel and she takes the action — not a 'Would you like me to…' confirmation loop. Cmd+J anywhere brings up multi-turn search across your account. Voice notes get transcribed and structured.
Seven-stage pipeline (enquiry → quoting → accepted → scheduled → in-progress → invoicing → paid), 16 trade categories, contractor-facing portal with token auth, polymorphic tasks + comments. Same kanban quality as sales + lettings.
Leases now support unlimited landlords + tenants on a single agreement. Tenancy timeline surfaces rent-review dates, renewal-notice deadlines, and RTB filing windows automatically.
Photo capture per item, dictated notes, drag-to-reorder configurable templates (11 field types), PDF reports auto-emailed to the landlord on submit. Works offline-first; syncs when you're back online.
